1.1 STANDARD SHIPPING: We offer standard shipping rates based on the total value of theorder and the shipping destination.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

1.2 Free Shipping: After you register as a member, you can enjoy free shipping on any purchase of 2 or more regular-priced items (excluding discounted items). If you only shop for one item, you will need to pay $8.99 USD for shipping the item when you pay for your order.

1.3 Expedited Shipping: The expedited shipping option is available for customers who need faster shipping. The cost is higher than the standard shipping cost. When you pay for your order, you select the expedited service, and the system will display the specific expedited shipping cost based on the shipping time needed to expedite.

Processing Time

2.1 Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the date of payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

2.2 Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can find out the shipping status of your merchandise based on the tracking information provided.

3. Shipping Methods and Times

3.1 Standard Shipping: Goods are shipped from the date the order is placed and confirmed: Within the United States it usually takes 7~12 business days to ship to the address of your choice
Within the United Kingdom, it usually takes 7~12 working days to ship to the address of your choice.
Germany usually takes 9-12 business days to ship to the address of your choice.
Canada usually takes 9-15 business days to ship to the address of your choice.

3.2Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options offer faster delivery times, usually around 3-6 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We will ship to the physical address specified by the customer within the U.S. Please note that we will not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

4.2 RESTRICTED ITEMS: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions by law or carrier policy. We will notify you if any item in your order is restricted from being shipped to your location.

5.1 Signature Requirements: For orders over a certain value or at our sole discretion, a signature may be required at the time of delivery, which ensures safe receipt of your package.

7. Holiday Shipping

7.1 HOLIDAY DELAYS: During peak holiday seasons or promotions, shipments may take longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns require you to send the item back yourself and cover shipping costs.

Please send the item(s) to be returned back to us and bear the shipping cost after your return request has been confirmed, return requests will not be accepted without a return confirmation.

Damages and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and deal with it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized merchandise).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on specials or gift cards.
Exchanges – The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, please make a separate purchase of a new item.

EU 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without cause. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase, and please note that returns require you to send the item back yourself and cover shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the purchase price will be automatically refunded to your account in the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
