What is “I-attachment”?
It is the attachment to an “I”, to the worries, sorrows, and pains of the heart, and the inability to truly let go of them, which plagues the heart. Breaking the “I” means accepting each “I” as it is, leaving behind the emotions that bother you, and ultimately gaining peace of mind and freedom.
